Terms of Service
Last updated 18 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Hardhaus platform. Please read them carefully — they are written to be plain and short.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Hardhaus platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Hardhaus provides sovereign, OpenAI-compatible inference hosted in eu-north-1. We may update, improve, or change the Service over time. We use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the availability described by your plan.
3. Accounts & identity
Sign-in is handled by your identity provider via SSO — we never store a password. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys; treat them like passwords. You can rotate or revoke keys at any time, and a revoked key stops working immediately.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, or generate content prohibited by applicable regulation. You are responsible for the prompts you send and the outputs you use. We may suspend access for use that threatens the integrity or security of the platform.
5. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription period; usage beyond your plan's token allowance is metered as overage at the rate shown for your plan. Plan changes take effect immediately. Fees are stated exclusive of VAT.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hardhaus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time; closing revokes your keys and deactivates the account. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Audit records are retained for the period required by applicable law before erasure.
